About Memoria Print

Memoria Print ("we", "us", "our") sells art prints inspired by places, memories, and feelings. Every piece is made to order through a print-on-demand production network and sold via this website (the "Site").

By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Memoria Print are produced specifically for each order once it's placed — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This affects timing (see our Shipping Policy) and returns (see our Return & Refund Policy), both linked in the footer of this Site.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude VAT as indicated at that time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of being placed, before production begins. After that point, cancellation may not be possible or may only be partially refunded, as production has already started. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Accuracy

We do our best to represent each print's colors and details accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen display differences and the physical printing process — these are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to customs, carriers, or high demand.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this Site are the property of Memoria Print and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Memoria Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and, where applicable, European Union law — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
