Refund policy

At Memoria Print, every print is made to order, produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our return process works a little differently from typical retail.

Final Sale

All items are final sale. Since each print is produced on demand for your specific order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g. wrong choice of size, or simply changing your mind).

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it, before production begins. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at memoriaprintgeneral@outlook.com with your order number.

After this 1-hour window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at memoriaprintgeneral@outlook.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll arrange a free reprint to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a reprint isn't feasible or doesn't resolve the problem, we'll offer a full refund instead.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order doesn't arrive and tracking shows no movement, or it's confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help resolve it — typically with a free reprint; if that isn't possible, we'll offer a refund instead.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
