Production Time
Each print is produced specifically for your order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once produced, shipping typically takes:
- Portugal & European Union: 2-4 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-6 business days
- United States & other international destinations: 4-6 business days
Total Estimated Delivery
From order placement to delivery, expect approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Because production happens close to where you live through a global partner network, most European orders arrive on the faster end of that range.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Delays
Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier issues, or periods of high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at memoriaprintgeneral@outlook.com and we'll help track it down.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery additional shipping costs may apply.
